Making things for babies is one of my very favorite things. I had a bit of fun whipping up this wee dalek for a friend of mine who’s about to pop. It’s an adapted egg cozy pattern (found here at by Ellie Skene) with a base added so he could be stuffed. Yarn is miscellaneous Red Heart Super Saver.
He’s completely adorable in a small, villainous way and I hope he acts as a faithful guard-dalek for the baby-to-be. This is actually the second dalek I’ve crocheted in the past year and I’ve got plans to show you the first one tomorrow. I do hope you’ll come back.
In the mean while I’ve got a pattern in the works for you, as well as a bit of toying around with yarn that I look forward to sharing. Do you like to DIY your jewelry? Good, so do I. And I do think I have something you’ll like if you can wait for a few more days.
I hope you’re all doing well and have perhaps finally found time to put those holiday decorations away. I know it always takes me ages.

Aww!! How cute. :3 Love it. But I shouldn’t underestimate a Dalek… even if it’s a tiny one. XD
